Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or perfume/deodorant stains.

Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the package (if applicable)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, our team will contact you to collect your bank account or UPI details for the refund.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

Wrong size (subject to stock availability)

Defective or damaged products

Incorrect item received
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
