At Solo King Menswear, we aim to provide the best quality products. If something isn’t right, we’ve kept the return and refund process simple and transparent.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging are intact
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or altered items.
2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products
- Subject to stock availability
- If the requested size is unavailable, you can choose another product or opt for a refund
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased on clearance or special discounts (if mentioned)
- Innerwear or items marked as non-returnable
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund

7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be free or chargeable depending on the reason
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the cost
